Vote Early
Maine makes it easy to vote at your convenience, without waiting in line at the polls, any time between October 5 and November 3 using an absentee ballot. Use any of thes four ways to get your absentee ballot:
1. Stop into your town office or city hall and request an absentee ballot to vote on the spot.
2. Ask your town or city clerk for an absentee ballot to take home.
3. Request an absentee ballot online: https://absenteeballotrequest.sos.maine.gov/
4. Call, write or email your town clerk requesting a ballot.
The BEST way to return your absentee ballot is to hand deliver it to your town clerk or use your town's drop box. Make sure you sign the envelope!

What's at Stake November 3
These are just a few of the freedoms we risk losing if we elect Republicans in November.
• Freedom to make a living wage and care for our families
From groceries to energy to housing, Mainers’ costs are going up.
• Freedom to get the care we need without fear of going bankrupt
As rural hospitals close, premiums and co-pays get more expensive.
• Freedom to retire in dignity
Besides the cost of living increasing and healthcare availability decreasing, the social safety net is being destroyed.
• Freedom to pick our leaders
Republicans want to make it harder to vote and decide which of our votes are counted.
• Freedom to have leaders who fight for us instead of stealing from us
Trump and friends get pay-outs while regular Americans can’t afford the basics.
• Freedom to say how our money is spent
The forever war in Iran is costing us $1Billion a day and putting American (and many others’) lives at risk—to what end?
• Freedom to expect equal justice under the law
The wealthy few who rig the rules flout the law while innocent people are prosecuted.
•Freedom to hold the powerful accountable
Those in power who have broken the law must be held criminally accountable.
